FLOOD RESCUE SIMULATION. Residents of Barangay Talibaew, Calasiao participated in the flood evacuation drill conducted by the Pangasinan Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council and member agencies to culminate the observance of the National Disaster Consciousness Month this July in Pangasinan.
