FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT FOR: FOR: Avalon Peninsula Southeast Avalon Peninsula Southwest Burgeo Burin Peninsula Channel-Port aux Basques and vicinity Connaigre Ramea Persistent fog with visibility near zero is expected or occurring. A southwesterly flow of humid air will continue to produce persistent fog through Friday where winds blow onshore. Fog will be most extensive during the night and morning hours, partially retreating to the coast during the day. Fog is expected to dissipate in Port aux Basques and vicinity Friday morning. If travelling, be prepared for areas of near zero visibility. Weather Advisories for fog are issued when near zero visibilities in fog are expected or occurring.
