[FOLLOW UP] ALERT: Deliverability and Autoresponder Timing Issue: Weve been working through this and making great progress. AOL has mistakenly blocked a section of our network and this has in turn created a bottle neck affect which has slowed down all mailings. Weve been in touch with AOL and are expecting more information from them in 24-48 hours. Once this happens, we feel that the network will quickly adjust itself back to our normally very high delivery rate. You can mail out right now, however, expect skewed stats as well as low inbox delivery rates until this is handled by AOL and our team afterwards. Our entire team is, of course, all over this situation. You can expect an update either way in 24 hours. Sorry for the inconvenience.
