FOOD FOR THOUGHT- For a long time we heard a buzz word equality- @ some later stage social scientists who coined this term realized that equality is not sufficient until unless women have no say in decision and policy making process- No matter there is a 50% representation which is called equal HEADS but if there is no say it means 50% is useless- So the term EQUITY was introduced- So I have seen that some still need clear philosophical understanding of term equality and equity- Entire community know that we are true practitioners of women and youth rights- Spirit not head count matters for us- And you know rather all know well my family environment where even KIDS have a say in their decisions- So our practices are clear and please vote for us being true practitioners of equity-- I wonder some even dont allow their women family members to upload their photos on their shared walls and they will promote and protect women and youth rights in the chapter- It is not a reply to any message- But just a brain storming and food for thought
