With all the wars and rumours of wars across the world and terrorism ravaging many countries,we can trust God for the future of the world.He alone has the final say,not the most powerful President of government. If we focus on world events,the tendency is for us to be anxious and discouraged.That is not good for our physical and mental health.We must learn to cast our cares on the Lord who cares for us(1 Peter 5:6-7 ;Philippians 4:6-7). David knew that,with uncertainties of life,the secret of peace was to hope in the Lord.To have peace in a troubled world we need the peace which only the Lord Jesus Christ can give to us as He promised in John 16:33. PRAY THIS PRAYER. Lord,with so much confusion in the world,give me the grace to always trust completely in You.
