A very dear friend of mine has been battling overwhelming anxiety and depression on and off for years. She feels as though she is fighting a losing battle. For those of you who understand depression and anxiety like I do you know that it can control your thoughts and your life. She cant eat or sleep and has not been able to work. I am worried about her however I know that spirit of depression because I was once bound by it too. It may be a lot for the flesh but is no competition for Christ. Please pray for her mind to be healed and for those dark spirits of depression to be lifted from her... That she will be delivered from this darkness and that it will never control her again.
