FOR CONFECTIONERY PRODUCTION COMPANY - OMAN 1) Maintenance Supervisor Maintain the inventory of the spares. Accounting the spare inventory on daily basis and consolidation with accounts department on monthly basis. Arranging required spares from suppliers as per the reorder level. Documentation of spares consumption machine wise. Monitoring the performance of Chiller, Boilers and air conditioners.Plan the periodic maintenance of utilities Qualification - Diploma in Electrical Engineering Experience - At least two year working experience with thorough knowledge in chiller, boiler and other utility operations. Maximum experience 4yrs. (Junior profile with a potential to reach the head position. Proper training will be given to suitable candidates) Salary and benefits - depending on the competency and company policies. 2) Production Supervisors To ensure the Production is done as per the desired quality during the shift., the production & packing targets are achieved in the shift, ensure the RM/PM wastage are monitored & controlled. Variance analyzed in the shift., ensure proper housekeeping & hygiene of the Production area.,ensure proper utilziation of manpower for production & packing, minimum wastage & rework generation during the shift, the set systems are in place & validated daily, To ensure the discipline and punctuality of workers in the shift., regular counseling & updation of status of workers in the production to be maintained. Ensure maintaining good communication & relationship with the Staff & the workers, to minimize the plant idle time. Timely reporting of break down to maintenance department and follow up to reduce the down time. Inform Purchase & Q.C department regarding any deviation in the quality of raw material & packing material. Suggestion to reduce labor cost, improving hygiene, reducing maintenance cost etc. Checking the HACCP & BRC related points. Coordinate in Monthly stock checking. Qualification - Graduation Experience - 2 years supervisory experience in food industry handling shift operation Salary and benefits - depending on the competency and company policies.
