There is an A/C that works excellent, a roll out awning. One of the sky lights needs to be replaced, some of the screens could use to be replaced as well. Just very minor things. Frame is in excellent condition, the trailer is great and is used once or twice a month. Breaks and tires are in good condition, plus has a spare. This trailer was awesome for weekend shows his summer, my business is just expanding and i need a larger trailer. I am willing to trade!
