FOR SALE: 2014 Chestnut HOMOZYGOUS Filly - Cow Bred ALL THE WAY - She has a WOW factor - $2500 - Located in Sun River/Great Falls, MT Area Teddie... I dont know where to begin with her. She just has this WOW factor about her. She has a presence that you wouldnt believe. It is evident in the way she carries herself, stands, moves, looks at you, etc. She is like a Star on stage performing. Its as if she wants you to look at her and admire her. Shes one proud REGAL gal this one is. Teddie is Homozygous so will always produce a colored foal. When we first discovered her right after she was born I didnt see a spot one on her. I mean... how could that be? She is out of 2 Homozygous parents so she HAD to be colored. It wasnt until we moved to the other side that we saw that one little spot on her neck with the Paw Prints in it. Then we could breath easy. She is Cow Bred and pretty darn hot. She wants to get up and go. Until she has been worked for a bit that day she doesnt want to walk quietly along. She wants to get out there and move on and get her job done. She is imprinted, taught to lead, backs, has had her feet worked with and we have started on her in getting her to move away from pressure. Shes been exposed to a lot of things... tons of types of wildlife, power tools, farm/irrigation equipment... you name it and shes probably been exposed to it. Her Grandsire, Slide, is not just a pretty stud to look at, but he works too. Hes not just stuck in a stall waiting for the next mare to breed, but he is used at branding time, herding time, moving cattle and many, many more things. When he has a cow job to do he knows what to do and does it willingly. And he passes that cow sense on to his offspring as well. Teddies sire is a grandson of Slide as well. The first time he was introduced to a cow he put that head down and headed right to it. He was born with natural cutting instinct. I have no doubt that Teddie will make an excellent cow horse in whatever direction you would like to take her. On the top side she has Leo San Cita [17X Grand Champion, Champion Honor Roll Working Cowhorse, Congress Champion Heading, Congress Reserve Champion Working Cowhorse, Congress Reserve Champion Senior Reining, Congress Reserve Champion Heeling, Congress Reserve Champion Working Cowhorse, Congress Reserve Champion Steer Stopping, APHA World Show 3rd Place Working Cowhorse and Oregon State Cutting Champion] and the Halter Great... Citas Perfection [17X Grand Champion and 13X Reserve Grand Champion]. She has Two Eyed Fox breeding on the bottom side. Two Eyed Fox sired many a World Champion and Reserve World Champion Horses. He is the #1 All Time Leading Sire of AQHA Champions, #2 All Time Leading Sire of Performance ROMs and the #3 All Time Leading Broodmare Sire of AQHA Champions. As you go through Teddies pedigree youll find a lot of Cow horses ad champions there. She also has Pretty Buck on the bottom side. Pretty Buck sired a NCHA [National Cutting Horse Association] Hall of Fame, NCHA World Champion, NCHA Reserve World Champion and 9 AQHA Champions. Sires Pedigree, Information and Photos - regal-paints/legs.html Dams Pedigree - regal-paints/peeps.html For additional photos of her dam, feel free to drop me a line and Ill send them to you. I dont have many, but Id be glad to send what I do have. Obviously if you come here to look at Teddie in person youll be able to see her dam up close and personal. This gal is just chock full of cow bloodlines and she has what it takes to take care of those cows for you and to win in the arena!!! This is one filly that you could take a long ways in the cutting/reining ring. Take her out and compete her for a while and rack up some points. Then retire her and shell produce some real fine cowy babies for you. If her dam was older and we were ready to keep a replacement out of her, shed stay here. But Peeps is only 7 years old and Ive got plenty of time before I need to start thinking of retiring her and keeping a filly out of her. On a side not, we own both Teddies dam and granddam. Both put out the performance deluxe foals thatll get the job done for you. If you buy a filly from us you are entitled to a free breeding. It does not have to be to the filly you buy from us. It can be to any mare you own. You only pay for the mare care fee. If you show the horse you buy from us, once you earn 10 Verifiable Points with the APHA we will issue a $100.00 refund. You just need to notify us that you have earned the points. Once the points show up on the APHA web site we will send you a check. I posted a lot of photos of her. Click on the main photo and scroll through to see the rest of them. The photos of the Bay and White are her sire. The photos of the Chestnut and White are her dam.
