FOR THE RECORDS AS REGARDS OKOWA ONLINE COALITION - as the approved umbrella body to coordinate all pro-okowa social media groups! In February this year,representatives from senator okowa online groups were selected to have a privileged meeting with the distinguish Senator at his residence in Asaba,all thanks to Barr. E.A.Uzum (Director Media/Communications Okowa Constituency office) who made it possible. In that meeting,senator Okowa appreciated our every efforts in supporting his ambition on the social media and he requested that all groups be merge under one umbrella to work as a team. This request gave rise to the group SEN. OKOWAS ONLINE COALITION which is a central working body to coordinate all pro-okowa social media groups. The Campaign Office under Rt. Hon. Agas took the liberty to select vibrant persons from various groups to form the Executive of the coalition and gave them the mandate to operate and coordinate as a recognised body. The coalition as the name implies is a coalition of all these groups in the eyes of Okowa and the Campaign organisation for administrative purposes and a central command point cum reach out mechanism to avoid neglect of any group working for Okowa 2015. This is why we see the coalition operating as a mother ship reaching out to all other groups. Note,this does not mean all groups ceases to exist,NO! The various groups still stands and are in fact expected to continue their respective advocacy and campaigns for Sen. Okowa unhindered. This Coalition has been deliberately misconstrued by a few in the Okowability family who felt they were not the ones nominated into its executive or that their group was not selected as the main group. May we not forget that all groups working for Okowa are equal before the eyes of the authorities and as such,any member of any group is legible to be appointed into any office or given any assignment to carry out as deem fit by the campaign organisation. This goes to say,no one person or group is indispensable or should repose superiority to themselves with regards to other groups. We are all working for Sen. Okowa and from reviews,we are doing a very good job thus far towards 2015. The onus lies on each group to respect constituted authorities and work with the SEN. OKOWAS ONLINE COALITION,never forgetting to remain humble till we achieve our utmost goal 2015. Okowability all the way to government house 2015.
