FOREIGN CREDITORS & CASH BOOK CLERK, North of Pretoria, R13000 The company requires the services of a foreign creditors and cash book clerk in the main offices. The duties include the following, but are not limited to: • Import creditor responsibilities: o Prepare indents that consist of costing schedule summarizing the shipping documents, supplier invoice and other import related costs. o Process documentation on accounting system. o Cost updates on purchased items o Requests exchange rates for foreign payments o Load foreign payments on electronic banking system o Monthly reconciliation of foreign accounts. o Reconcile CFC (foreign currency accounts). • Cash book clerk o Process receipts and payments o Reconcile bank accounts o Process expense claims from staff • Debtor and dealer performance related activities o Invoice shipping costs to foreign subsidiary o Perform reconciliations between dealer performance systems o Calculate variable margins o Grade 12 (Matric) essential o 5 years experience in creditors and bank recons o BAAN, SAP, JD Edwards or any other relevant ERP system o Previous CREDITORS/CASHBOOK experience will be an added advantage Send CV to [email protected] or contact Elma at 0125461824
