FORMAL IDENTIFICATION – FATAL ROAD TRAFFIC COLLISION - ARBROATH Police Scotland, Tayside Division can confirm that a man who suffered fatal injuries as a result of a road traffic collision on Seaton Road, Arbroath at 6pm on Wednesday 20 August has now been identified. He has been named as 28-year old James Bryson of the Arbroath area. Mr Bryson family are understandably upset by their sudden loss and have said that he will be greatly missed. They do not wish to make any further comments and have requested that their privacy is respected at this difficult time. Enquiries into the full set of circumstances of the incident are on-going and officers are keen to speak to a second motorcyclist who is believed to have been on a green and white-coloured motorcycle. Anyone who may have information that could assist officers with their enquiries to contact Tayside Division on 101. As with all sudden deaths a report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
