FORMULA II FOR FITNESS : Have ur lunch within 4 hours from Sunrise: Our stomach-fire is active for 4 hours from sunrise. Hence if this habit of having lunch during that time is followed for about 2 months, then digestion system improves. Now-a-days, ones morning starts with bed-tea / break-fast. However, there was no any system of break-fast in India. Those bloody-white britishers brought such system since they couldnt cope-up with their hunger due to time-lag between India and their country. However, v r supposed to get up early in the morning b4 sunrise and get ready to welcome sun after having bath. Once v offer him auspicious water, then v r supposed to eat. If v do this, v would feel hungry again only at the time of sun-set. Then v can hv dinner and go to sleep. If u hv dinner too late in the night, then ull face digestion problem + diseases such as diabetes. Ideally there should be a gap of atleast 3-4 hours from having dinner and then going to sleep. Many Germans hv studied this ancient Indian system now and they hv started offering lunch-break in companies at the time of starting of their working hours.
