FORT BRAGG HALLOWEEN FACTS: The Fort Bragg Trick-or-Treating hours for 2013 will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Oct. 31. To ensure for everyone’s safety on Halloween and all have fun, the following measures should be taken: Community residents should: - Turn on porch lights. If porch lights are off, it will be understood as not participating in Halloween activities. - Ensure lawns, sidewalks, steps, and porches are clear of obstacles to prevent accidents. - Halloween decorations should be safely exhibited. - Control pets. - Be cautious of neighborhood construction areas to avoid accidents. - Do not speed in housing areas. - Family members accompanying children should wear a reflective item and carry a flashlight.
