FOUND TIED UP, WALKS WITH TAIL BETWEEN HER LEGS Poor Judy was abandoned, no longer wanted. Could you blame her for being nervous & tense? It was bad enough to be tied up all alone, then to be brought to a noisy & scary shelter after that? A volunteer writes: Judy was very uncomfortable when she arrived at the care center and although she has somewhat relaxed, she is still quite wary of people and the environment she finds herself in. She is leashed easily now but walks with the tail between her legs and requires some time before she accepts my caresses. She sits then by my side and eats my treats politely. Judy is a very pretty girl who wears a lovely cow print coat. She has been a mother once upon a time. I so wonder what her life was like and feel for her distress that plays itself as fear or aggression. I bet that what we see is not the real Judy.....And lets not forget that she has improved since she first came in. We do not know anything about her and in the small time frame we have to get to know her, it is unlikely that Judy will unveil all her secrets. Most likely, if she is given a chance, Judy should unwind in a calm house and maybe be the only dog. Please dont let Judy die tomorrow. Due to her fear, she has been rated rescue only.
