FOUR COUNTS OF MURDER filed in Santa Barbara County against Nicolas Holzer after a mass killing of his parents and sons. District Attorney Joyce Dudley reminds everyone that Holzer is innocent until proven guilty. The case will be prosecuted by Ron Zonen, a veteran who has worked special cases after his retirement.
