FPL the worst power company on the planet ! lets vote on it … Does any one like this company !!! After today’s fiasco I am setting up a facebook page for fpl complaints because you can’t post on their page and that tells me there are thousands of unhappy people out there. Back to today ! My power is cut off at 930am, I checked my last correspondence from this company which comes by email ..its say you owe $180.51 due June 20 2013. Today is June 13Th !!!! See below statement Now of course this does not show the credit they owe me from my last apartment and I have only been waiting for that since January .The total credit value is $207.00 which was supposed to be applied to my account and of course they have not done it. On top of this I had to pay a deposit shortly after I move in because? yes you guessed they cut off my power! Why because they had not applied the credit from last my previous apartment of $207. So here we are 6 months later and several calls and promises and they cut me off again!!!!!! So in total I owe them $180.51 due be according to their email June 20 2013 ..they owe me $207.00 and they are holding a deposit of $190.00 …So its June 13 and they owe me around $27 not including the deposit Yet in their wisdom they has cut me off again!!! No apology just “ we will reconnect you in 24 hours.. But they were now able to apply the credit whoopee finally ... No one wants to help and no is willing to take responsibility for a catalog of cock ups which has gone on for 6 months.. I think there are a lot more customers that this company is taking for granted, just because they have the power monopoly here ..
