FQ: Currently 28 weeks 6 days. Two days ago I was having a lot of pressure in my pelvis, it literally felt like her head was going to pop out. Thankfully I had my OB appointment that day so the OB did a fetal fibronectin test. It came back positive. Basically this means that I could go into preterm labor at any point between now and being full term. I had an ultrasound yesterday to check my cervical length which was 3.3 cm. The OB told me today that she just likes to see it above 2.5 cm. I will have it rechecked in a week. My question is...has anyone been in a similar situation and did you actually have a preterm delivery?? Im so scared that she is going to come early and would appreciate any reassurance that anyone can offer. Thanks.~13
