FQ: FTM: I was wondering has anyone ever been told they were at risk for having a c-section because of their weight gain? Or being induced early if they gain a certain amount of weight. Im 58 and Ive gain 69lbs ao far. Im 34weeks pregnant & my Dr says my body is swelling from the inside, so he doesnt think Ill be able to push my baby out. I really dont want a c-section unless my daughter is in distress or something. My blood pressure has been fine my entire pregnancy but I have been retaining a lot of water tho... which is why Im gaing so much weight.
