FQ: Hi! I am 32 weeks pregnant with my first baby, its a girl :) ! & both of my hands/lower arms are going numb/falling asleep constantly. When Im holding something or Ill wake up in the middle of the night and its happening. Ive talked to my doctor about it - he said its pregnancy induced carpal tunnel (basically Im swelling and its cutting off circulation). He said I could wear a wrist brace to help but its really not helping. Its driving me nuts. Has this happened to anyone else & is there something else I can do!!?? Help!! ~4
