FQ: Hi, Mommies and Mommies to be. So I was admitted today because my cervix is 1.6 mm...not good! I am 41 and it is my first. She is healthy, with a good heart rate and is getting nutrients from the placenta. Everything is great but for the short cervix. I am 26W3D. I got my steroid shot for the lungs today and in 24 hours I get my second. They are starting me on progesterone cream tomorrow after my fetal fibronectin test. I I just need some reassurance from others who have been in the same situation. She is only 1 lb 14 oz and I am so scared if she comes too soon. I will probably be on bed rest for the rest of my pregnancy. Just want to hear others stories. Thanks so much! ~11
