FRANKIE VARGAS: Witness reported on July 29th 2013 AT 6:03 pm 24 year old Frankie Vargas just pulled up to his home in a 2006 Dodge Charger when a vehicle passing by fired several shots at the victim. When the police arrived they reported at least one shot hit the victim and he was still in his vehicle. Firefighters and Paramedics were called and they provided medical aid and transported the victim to the local hospital were he was pronounced dead. The shooting took place at the 2800 block of Campbell lane near the intersections of W. Rumble and Carver Rd. The family is asking for anyone that may have seen anything to please contact the police Investigators have limited leads and suspect information.
