FREE EDUCATION FROM GRADE ONE TO UNIVERSITY NOT ATTAINABLE- KAMBWILI Youth and Sports minister Chishimba Kambwili says Zambia does not have enough resources to attain free education from grade one to university. He says the PF government had plans to come up with a policy to have free education from grade one to university but failed adding that Zambia does not have enough resources. Mr. Kambwili said this when he addressed journalists and laughed at the opposition UPND who have vowed to allow free education from grade one to university once elected in 2015. Mr. Kambwili has since urged the nation to be wary with some of the promises politicians tell them ahead of the 2015 elections.
