FREE HAIRCUT FOR DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE at the Hoi An Social Center for the Elderly Volunteers requested to interact and donate clothes The Timeless Community group (belongs to Hoi An Express) will hold a community program on Saturday - Nov 22, 2014. This community program aims to improve the lives of socially disadvantaged people such as: the elderly; children with brain tumors or neurological disorders and orphans through regular initiatives. Winter can be a cold, sad and lonely time for the socially disadvantaged, we want to do something to improve the situation. We wish to spread a little joy to themby providing free haircuts, warm clothes and interaction with people from the community and we want you to help us! We need volunteers to come and interact with the disadvantaged people at the Social Center; talk to them; read to them; listen to them; feed them when needed; share smiles and laughs. Last, but definitely not least, we ask you to donate winter clothes and blankets for the Social Center residents, to keep them warm during the colder months. An outfit that is rarely worn by you would be much appreciated by the less fortunate and make their life more comfortable. Please join us in spreading some much needed joy, we will be very grateful for your help.
