FRIDAY, 25TH OCTOBER BLESSED WITH ALL SPIRITUAL BLESSINGS “Blessed be the God and Father of our Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ”. Ephesians 1:3 As children of God we must learn to differentiate between the things we have been given by God already and those things we are to seek. An understanding of this will enable us live a much higher life than we are acquainted with. Many do not know who they are and what their rights are. So they join the masses to sing the same chorus of suffering and defeat. We are God’s specially chosen people and He delights in us. We were born into a kingdom of blessings and we ought to be conscious of this reality. Paul seemed to be extremely conscious of this truth and exclaimed. “Blessed be the God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings, in heavenly places...”. With this mindset, one would see that, Paul functioned from the position of a blessed man. To be blessed means to be empowered to succeed. Notice that Paul did not say “....who hath blessed me...” but rather who hath blessed “us”. “Us” means we are included. And the extent of the blessing is all spiritual blessing. This is what Isaac did not understand at first for which reason he thought of leaving the land where he dwelt because of faming. But God appeared unto him and made him know that he was the seed of Abraham and carried the blessing. Upon this revelation bible says he dwelt in that land and sowed and reaped a hundred fold that same year, and grew and prospered until he became very great. Beloved, you are blessed of God, meaning, you are empowered to succeed. Don’t walk about as though you were a victim. You carry a blessing that guarantees your success in all you do in Jesus’ name. Confession: I am blessed with all spiritual blessings. ere is nothing I need that is not available and obtainable. I have access to the rich treasures of my heavenly kingdom.
