FRIDAY JANUARY 24th, 2014 Pastor Anita Oyakhilome Theme: Called To Win Souls And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18). Your primary responsibility in the world, as a Christian, is to establish Gods righteousness here on earth; its the reason He didnt take you straight to heaven after you gave your heart to Christ. Through you, He wants to birth more churches, missions, and outreaches--in your city, state, country, and in the nations of the world. Youre His partner in soul winning and in discipleship. Hes committed to you the ministry of reconciling sinners and the lost in the world to righteousness (2 Corinthians 5:18). Theres a depth in God youll never know except as a soul winner. Theres a power in the Kingdom of God thatll not be released within your system until you start sharing the Word about Jesus. Youll function in such extraordinary wisdom which no one can resist or gainsay when youre a soul winner. Soul winning and discipleship is what Hes called you to do; thats in fact the calling of every believer. Some Christians say, I dont know if Im called of God into the ministry; you dont need any other calling! you were called into ministry when Jesus said ...Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15). You might say, O, I thought He was addressing Peter, James, John, and the other disciples; no, He was talking to you and me. When you make soul winning your life commitment Gods presence will be manifested in you, and through you, in a very special way--much more than you could ever imagine. Hell show Himself alive to you and through you in an extraordinary way. Dont wait for another sign or message from heaven. God has already sent you and anointed you to preach the Gospel: But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth (Acts 1:8). PRAYER: I thank you precious Father, for your anointing on me is effective in soul winning. The Gospel is impacting lives through me today, as I proclaim it with the power of the Spirit, and wisdom which no man can resist or gainsay, in Jesus Name. Amen.
