***FRIENDLY, SOCIAL GIRL, DUMPED DUE TO OLD OWNER LOSING THEIR HOME - PLEASE GRANT CINDY A DEATH ROW PARDON!!!*** Put yourself in six-year-old CINDYs paws for a moment. Your old owners, with whom you happily lived for SIX YEARS, lost their home & surrendered you to the kill-happy ACC. Youd be TERRIFIED, wouldnt you? Cindy, a beautiful white & brown tabby girl, is in a state of shock from losing all that was near & dear to her, so shes gone into self-preservation mode. At home, Cindy was SOCIAL with strangers, & SHY AT FIRST with kids. She also had excellent litter box & used a rug instead of a scratching post. Her old owners also said Cindy would calm down if they whistled, & is friendly but cautious of people at first. But in the scary ACC, Cindy tries to hide, & hisses, growls & spits at the frightening fake hand when shes poked & prodded with it. So the ACC wrote Cindy off as a New Hope Only behavior problem, to be cured via lethal injection at noon tomorrow, despite the fact that this pretty princess is PERFECTLY HEALTHY. Please share our outrage at this cruel fate for a healthy young cat. Cindy will calm down as soon as shes free of the ACC hellhole.
