He advocates training our youth for hands on jobs ...many jobs that are available right NOW in the United States but our youth either lack skill , motivation, or believe traditional college is the only way to go...or sadly that manual labor is not appealing, therefore these job positions are left open in an economy with an unbelievable high unemployment rate!
