Before your morning beverage, start that day with 8-12 oz. of hot water with lemon. 2. BE YOUR NATURALLY SWEET SELF- Tone down on the refined sugars, and TOTALLY ELIMINATE artificial sweeteners 3. SPICE IT UP! - Dont be afraid to double-up on those turmeric supplements! Curcumin is one of the BEST natural anti-inflammatory agents as WELL as ginger. 4. GO TROPICAL- The enzyme bromelain, found naturally in pineapple not only helps aid in digestion, it packs a one-two punch in attacking the swelling related in rheumatological inflammation.
