FROM: My newest blog (and it is along one). Trigger Warning - Emotional Abuse. The thing about abuse is that it is not always clear when it starts, because the signs are very subtle. I have heard time and time again from people asking why people don’t leave when they are in an abusive relationship. I cannot answer for those who stay in a physical abusive relationship, for I have not been in one, but I can say why I stayed in an emotionally abusive relationship.
