FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE! Formal opening mamayang 5 pm Philippine (and Krasnoyarks) Time ng 4th Krasmnoyarsk International Music Festival of Asia and the Pacific. All of the participating national delegations will do a brief parade and then each group will present a 7-minute patikim dance number. KALOOB will present SINGKIL. Philippine Embassy officials will attend, flying all four hours from Moscow. Pray that we may represent the Filipino people in the best light.
