With the overwhelming excitement of Elite Pro WARGAMES on March 22nd at Frankfort High School in Ridgeley/Short Gap, Wv, I wanted to make sure that we werent overlooking February 22nd in Fort Ashby Wv at the Fort Ashby Intermediate School. The Elite Pro Wrestling Alliance will present NIGHT OF THE ELITE 19:THE ROAD TO WARGAMES! This event is not only the first show of 2014, but will feature some never before seen confrontations as well as rematches of classic confrontations from 2013! In the main event, Jake The Machine Davis will defend the Elite Pro Wrestling Alliance Championship against fan favorite and Elite Pro mainstay OGB. This marks OGBs first ever shot at the Elite Pro Title and I know for a fact that he is approaching this match with all the focus and intensity in the world. With Leslie Leatherman in Jakes corner, it will be interesting to see how this plays out. In what could steal the show, Elite Pro Cruiserweight Champion Shane Malice will defend the belt against former Champion Brandon Scott in a ladder match! After losing the title in what was considered the biggest upset of 2013 and then losing the rematch with a quick rollup, Brandon is out to prove that their previous meetings were flukes and he is the best cruiserweight in Elite! The Elite Pro Wrestling Alliance Womens Championship will be on the line when Kacee Carlisle defends the title against #1 contender Jessie Kaye. This ladies have split victories in Elite over the last few years and this will be the match to settle the score! The Elite Pro Wrestling Alliance Tag Team Champions, The Wildcardz are set to defend their belts against the team of Bodie Williams and Sean Hudson. The last time these teams met, Williams and Hudson came out victorious. Time will tell if the Tag Team Champions will make history or repeat it. In the feature match of the evening, former WWE Superstar The Patriot will face Dr. Cranes charge, Travis Tarvin. The Patriot and Dr. Crane have a bitter history and Tarvin is out to make a name for himself at the former WWE Stars expense. In a precursor to Wargames, Vince Vega and Jaysin Justice will face Robbie Paige and TJay Sykes in a tag team match! The Pride will be at full strength with all members in attendance, however, Paige has beat the odds many times in the past and with Sykes backing him up it is anyones match to win! Shorty Smalls is scheduled to face Kris Kordell in a singles match. It was only a few months ago that Smalls put Jack Styles out of wrestling permanently and Kordell better come prepared to face the ruthless veteran.
