FROM THE INBOX: Ive been in a relationship for 3 years. My woman and I had a mutual friend who is female. She and my woman met 1st, she and I were just FB friends. I met her in person through my woman. We were all friends, would hang out, etc. we were friends with her almost as long as weve been a couple. In the beginning of the friendship she did tell us (me & my girl) that she thought I was attractive and that once upon a time on FB she wanted to get with me, but never followed through...and she hasnt acted out on that since weve all been friends. Then something happened and the friend got an attitude with my woman and stopped talking to her. She hasnt had a conversation with my girl about the issue, she just stopped speaking to her, and my girl doesnt know why. HERES THE ISSUE...the friend still stays in contact with me! She will call, text, inbox or Vox me to check on me or talk about her man issues. My girl says its disrespectful for me to continue to communicate with her. I dont see the problem! My girl says my alliance should be with her and not the friend. The friend of my enemy is my enemy too is what she says. Id just like to see what the general census is...sometimes Im slow on this stuff. Is it disrespectful for me to continue my friendship and communication with the friend now that she has decided not to be friends with my woman?
