FROM THE NEWSROOM: The Arc Quinebaug Valley has launched its 2014 Giving Appeal: “A Life of Our Own – A Life Like Yours.” The Giving Appeal will allow The Arc to maintain and improve its many programs, including education, employment, day, residential, retirement and self-advocacy services. Willie and Fran Bousquet of Putnam will lead the campaign as General Chairpersons.
