FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF GHANA VERDICT 18TH JUJLY 2013: THIS IS OUR JUDGEMENT ON THE ELECTION 2012 PETITION: From a majority decision of 6 to 3. The supreme court has found the Electoral commission of Ghana led by Afari Djan/Gyan and Kanga, guilty of the following; 1. Causing serious financial loss to the state of Ghana. 2. Bring the election 2012 into serious disrepute 3. conniving with the second & third respondent NDC and John Dramani to steal the 2012 election. 4. causing fear and panic to the people of Ghana. 5. Causing the Supreme court to be ruthless on the Media through no fault of the judges. I Justice Atuguba presiding judge and an ndc sympathizer,using common sense has seen from the evidence provided by the petitioners that. its clear that the EC collaborated with the NDC to steal the 2012 election for John Dramani (Atopahene). From this evidence the supreme court declares the the 2012 declaration by Dr. Afari Gyan illegal!!!!!!. The evidence is clear that NANA ADDO DANQUAH won the 2012 election by 56%. margin. I am therefore ordering John mahama to Hand over to an interim administration headed by the chief Justice within two weeks from this declaration. I also order the Immediate arrest of Afari gyan and the following EC officials.1. Kanaga......and co. My advice to the general public especially the youth, if you riot and die as a result of this declaration. You die a stupid death. God Bless our homeland Ghana.
