FROM THE WALL: Mia Siders Question!!! Hubs and I are splitting up - yes weve tried to make it work, but we figure best split now while we have no children or mutual debt. My only problem is the lack of healthcare after the divorce. I can join my works healthcare plan in March during open enrollment, but not till then. Is it possible for him to keep me on his tricare until I can sign up? Or will he be required to take me off immediately once the divorce is finalized? In case anyone is wondering, this is a civil split, I take what I had before marriage and he keeps all his money lol.
