FRUIT MOUSSE (foodloversrecipes) Quick and very easy to make Ingredients: 1 tin evaporated milk, chilled in the fridge overnight (low-fat evaporated milk works as well) 1 packet jelly of choice 1 large tin canned fruit of choice Method: In a large bowl whip the evaporated milk until it thickens. Heat the juice of the canned fruit and dissolve the jelly therein. Add the jelly to the evaporated milk and stir well to combine. Add the fruit and mix.
