FUN RAZOR CAMP PAIN 2014!!! (FUNDRAISER CAMPAIGN) As many of you know I unexpectedly was forced to find another studio space earlier this year which I did! The new space is great, but needed a lot of re-hab work so I spent a lot of money and time in the process of fixing it up. The good news is that it’s in fully operational status today. The bad part is that I spent my nest egg from art sales earlier this year on it. If you’re reading this or seeing this post you are more than likely a fan/follower/collector of the objects my “genius” has produced in the past, present and what WILL be future. Working on construction efforts at the new studio stifled my creativity as an artist and I didn’t produce much over the summer which in turn slowed down sales and thus birthing this effort to re-gain a healthy rhythm in the studio. This re-post of artwork is part of a series of works which are currently in my “available for acquisition” department and may or may not be available at a discount depending on which body of work it may be from. Things are getting slim and I know I just have to put the word out, as always, in order for people to know what’s going on. I not only realize that people care, but that people have a great respect and interest for the dedication I continuously demonstrate for the level of craftsmanship I put into the fine objects I produce day in and day out. My position is nothing new, as an emerging artist. Many artists at my level shun the idea of posting things like this. I must acknowledge this issue. To me, the reason I am not fettered is because at the end of the day, we will work towards our own dreams or work for another person’s dreams. Gladly, I am not blind and realize the value of my unique “genius”. My fear is that it’s explorations or limitations go wasted and some things are just too precious for that. As always new and exciting opportunities present themselves to me in lieu of my work. Exhibits are always lined up and the caliber of spaces is always improving. November 22 is my next solo exhibit and I am eagerly looking forward to earning some extra income to make happen as initially envisioned!
