FUNCTIONAL FIT Ladies the free trial week for Functional Fit has finished - What are your thoughts on the new style class fernwood has introduced? Its never to late to give it a go ladies if you never got the chance, all you need to do is ask our friendly staff how you can go about participating in the classes, you have the choice of upgrading it on top of your membership ( Grit is included in this upgrade) or you can buy Functional Fit 5 or 10 packs. Ladies that have already upgraded or have packs the timetable is the same and copies will be out on Monday for everyone, you just have to book in at reception to attend the class. I hope everyone enjoyed the classes and are coming back for more next week!
