All Levels are welcome. Great for cross training!! Spin This class is anywhere from a 45-60 minute plus ride, that will aid you in burning fat, improving your endurance and increases your cardio capacity. The class will take you through sprints, climbs and intervals. Each class being different, fun, and make you sweat all at the same time. Spin Gym This class starts with 10 minutes on the spin bike getting your heart rate up and your body in the fat burning zone, followed by 10 minutes off the spin bike working on whole body muscular strength using weights, bands, balls, etc. and back on the spin bike alternating throughout the period of an hour! All Levels are welcome. Great for cross training!! Zumba Colombian fitness trainer Beto Perez invented Zumba. Zumba uses the principles of interval training. The high-energy, fast-paced classes are taught to mostly Latin music, with international influences such as belly dancing and Greek melodies thrown in for good measure. Great exercise for people of all fitness levels, low-impact, but you still get the aerobic benefit and its a lot of fun. This is a challenging total body workout with a flavor all its own. All Levels are welcome. Strength Yoga Lengthen, strengthen and work your body for 45 minutes with a combination of basic yoga poses and moves while combining them with strengthening moves using your body weight to find those long lean lines. This class will improve your balance, flexibility, strength and ending with a calming cool down and Savasana finding your calm to take on the weekend. All Levels are welcome.
