FUNDING DEADLINE: LTC DOCTORAL STUDENT REQUEST FOR TRAVEL FUNDS (to be completed and requested PRIOR to travel occurring) DEADLINE to submit form: November 29, 2013 Eligibility for funding: ($500 for presenting at a national conference; $300 for attending a national conference) Doctoral student Full time (taking at least 9 credit hours; ABD status at least 2 credit hours) ABD status only counts if you completed your D-3 comps the semester before and the Grad School has you as ABD. Documentation of invitation and acceptance for presenting at a national conference Advisor authorization/approval PRIOR TO TRAVEL OCCURRING Travel must be completed in Fall 2013 or Spring 2014 – prior to June 30, 2014
