FUNDRAISING TIP: Ask your employer about its matching gift program! Most people dont know this, but a lot of employers will match charitable donations. To find out if yours is among them, check with your accounting office as see if your company takes part in the matching gift program. If they do, just grab a matching gift donation form from your employer, fill it out, and bring it with you when you register the day of your plunge. You get a bump in your fundraising total. Your employer gets to make a donation to a great cause. And the athletes of Special Olympics Michigan get to continue enjoying year-round sports training and competition and, in-turn, realize their full potential.
