I have to say I am amused that they are monitoring this page so carefully - the whole purpose of leaving it as an open group was to provide balance to the industry spin and BS they other Bowen group posts - good to see it is working! I dont read your groups page but someone alerted me to your concern about having to wipe egg off my face or something like that regarding my criticism of BoM and their temperature homogenisation process. I just wanted to assure you that theres no egg on my face needing to be wiped. There may be some on the writers to the Conversation who tried to Palm of their polemic as a facet check. I hope you will take comfort in knowing that I am in discussions with the person who can call such an inquiry and that he is amenable to it going ahead. I also hope you take comfort in the fact that Abbot Point will go ahead with the disposal of spoil most likely to be on land and all the environmental protections in place. The vast majority of Bowen residents will be so happy to have the jobs and economic confidence return to the region when the work gets underway in the first half of 2015. Kind regards!
