FYI : A must read for those concerned about side effects with the SABA weightless products ...please read ! When you begin any program some experience what they call side effects. However, your body is actually going through what is called a HEALING CRISIS. So every headache or feeling of nausea, etc is not actually a bad thing. You body is adjusting and is attempting to right a long time or wrong. Your body is literally saying what in the world are you doing to me. I want the bad stuff. If you experience any symptoms of a healing crisis, remember whether you choose ACE or any other nutraceutical or regimen, your body will experience the Healing Crisis. Learn to listen to your body and not so much your head. This phase will pass if you can push through it. This is the worst part of your new protocol.
