FYI: At 8:00 PM On Friday January 31st 2014 NBC Dateline News will be airing a two hour special about the David Camm Case. If you want to know more about this case please watch or set your DVR and ask others who need to know more to do the same. Also I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have interest in Davids past, present and future. You all have been great supporters of David and our entire family as we are still fighting to hold the State of Indiana and Floyd County accountable for steeling 13 years of Davids life. The Floyd County Council is now refusing to pay their bills for Davids Public Defenders and the experts who proved beyond a reasonable doubt that David Camm is not Guilty of murdering his wife Kim and his children Brad and Jill. The laws of the State of Indiana requires those payments to be paid and the trial court Judge Dartt has ordered the Floyd County Auditor Scott Clark to pay them. The Floyd County Council has now hired a Lawyer, paying him $125 an hour to defend its actions not to pay their lawful bills. The Floyd County taxpayers should be outraged that the Council and the Floyd County Commissioners are wasting more of their money. The Floyd County Prosecutors Stan Faith and Keith Henderson is responsible for wrongly prosecuting David Camm and that wrongful prosecution has cost the Taxpayers of Floyd County and the State of Indiana 3 to 5 million dollars. On another note David is progressing with his re adjustment phase after having spent 13 years in prison. He is still hopeful that he will be employed and start getting a paycheck. Thank you all who have sent funds and are still sending funds to help David get a new start.
