FYI: David Fernandes a project development professional in the area of power generation. His expertise includes the areas of project sourcing/evaluation, contract negotiation and structure, risk management and financial arrangement of debt & equity. Over the last four years, he has played a supporting role in the successful development of the 40MW Kuvaninga Energia gas-fired project in Chokwe, Mozambique. This project was a 50-50 JV between Investec Bank South Africa and Enventure Partners. Furthermore, he shares responsibility for strategic planning for Enventure Partners Combined Cycle & Cogeneration initiatives in the North American Market. This includes defining strategy for the 400MW Oakwood Hills Power Plant (which is currently under development) and for combined heat and power projects.
