FYI: Fridays classes will not be an open mat format from now until August the third. Instead they will be a competition preparation class for those who plan on competing at naga in wildwood or anytime for that matter. The class will be a technique based class with a main focus of performing proper technique while exhausted. Anyone is welcome to our class and the workout portion will be optional. We know not everyone wants to compete but there is nothing wrong with a good workout.
