FYI: I just got off the phone with the Secretary of STATE. They called to verify a clients insurance. The rep went further and told me that they NOW call on each and EVERY certificate of insurance that has not already been electronically submitted to them by the insurance carrier. FAKE certificate purchasers and creators beware. There is a major INIITIAVE cracking down on fake insurance certificates.
