FYI: It is good to know your rights! Let me just point out 3 things that are often overlooked at, or being neglected in our airport. #1. Whether budget airline or not, promo flight or whatnot, there is no excuse in these AIR PASSENGER rights! ( usual excuse kase ng mga airlines eh budget at promo flight po kase! Naka piso fare lang kayo! kaya hinde kayo covered or entitled ng kung ano ano! MALI po YUN!) #2. A 3-hour flight delay entitles you to FREE meal, refreshments, phone calls, text messages, and any further delay up to at least 6 hours will entitle you to consider the flight cancelled for the purpose of availing your rights, additional form of compensation and amenities provided for in case of actual flight cancellation. #3. Every 24-hour delay of luggage will entitle you 2,000pesos! AIRLINES REFUSAL TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES ACCORDINGLY WILL ENTITLE YOU TO SEEK LEGAL ACTIONS, WIN THE CASE AND BE COMPENSATED WELL as supported by basic rights of air passengers , clearly published by the Philippines government. :D gov.ph/summary-of-the-rights-of-air-passengers/
