Again, the LAW gave opportunity as the trade off was the Emergency Room Department is unable to turn away anyone that presents to it for HELP thus if no health insurance or cant pay simply go to the Emergency Room and simply Wait and youll eventually be seen by a Doctor who specializes in Emergency Medicine.
